Because fitness shouldn't be complicated.
self-love is the best love. your rant was good. there are so many ways you can help other people with feeling positive about their bodies and learn to eat healthy. donate your time to a Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization and teach your little about nutrition and activity??don't give up! be innovative!P.S. it is so NOT your issue that some girl lost 20 lbs. That's her deal. Don't own that shit.
Hey Amanda,Thanks for the honest video. Don't feel bad at all. Figuring out who you are and what matters to you is exactly the right thing for you to do right now (you are about to graduate and start a new and important chapter/adventure in your life). You'll find your way and make your mark on the world no matter what platform you decide to use or not use. I wish you all the best and secretly hope you continue to blog in a way that is true to your heart and makes you feel happy/fulfilled.All the best,Juliet
